Jess on the Spectrum

For as long as I can remember, I've always felt very different from everyone around me and struggled to fit in with schoolmates, friends, work colleagues, and even my family. After a lifetime of not fitting in and not knowing why, at 38 years old I was diagnosed with autism. After my diagnosis I realized I had been trying to be someone that I was never meant to be.

Since then, I have been working on creating a more intentional life that supports my needs as an autistic person. I’ve been creating a life designed to bring me peace while finally discovering my authentic self. By telling my story through this channel I hope to inspire others to live a life that is authentic and brings them joy and a sense of healing.

Please subscribe and find out how you too can live an authentic life that is filled with joy.
