Garner, known by his altering-ego "4EVR19TEEN" (pronounced "forever-nineteen" -- stylized as 4EVЯ19ⵜEEN), is an upcoming alternative-new hip-hop musician/artist from North Carolina, creating alternative-new hip-hop (new emo/alternative hip-hop, alternative rock/metal, melancholic/lofi & so much more.)
Growing up, 4EVЯ19ⵜEEN loved to listen to alot of different genres of music, including; Jeremih, Akon, Linkin Park & Disturbed to just name a few. 4EVЯ19ⵜEEN, in late 2019 discovered an artist named 'Juice WRLD', where he also discovered an artist named 'Lil Peep' & 'XXXTENTACION' on the same day, on his YouTube feed. 4EVЯ19ⵜEEN, then later, became so infatuated by their music, he decided to create his own style & genre of music. 4EVЯ19ⵜEEN, then started creating music on an app called "BandLab" in late 2019, when he was 14-years-old, he made his first song titled "Trauma", on November 6th, 2019 & released it the same day on BandLab.
