I'm a 39 year old, single mother of two, full time teacher and fitness enthusiast. I have competed in 6 CPA (Canadian Physique Alliance) shows and have qualified for nationals 8x, but have yet to grace the national stage.
Follow along for the day to day life of a busy, working mom. and bikini/ fit model athlete. It's not about having the time, it's about making the time and when chasing your goals there's no room for excuses.
I have recently made the switch from bikini to fit model and am preparing for the my fit model debut on April 11, 2026 followed by the Toronto Pro Qualifier on June 13, 2026 where I will be attempting to earn my pro card.
