I help families get control over gaming and screen time without arguments, therapy, or rehab, so your teen or young adult can thrive in life.
My story: Growing up in Canada, I was a talented hockey player. But my life took a dramatic turn at the age of 11 when I began to experience bullying, leading me to drop out of high school. While all my friends were off to college, I was playing video games up to 16 hours a day, leading to depression that almost cost me my life. Since overcoming my addiction, I launched Game Quitters, the largest support community for video game addiction, and now help families just like you regain control.
Named one of Canada's top 150 leaders in Mental Health, his work has been published in Psychiatry Research, and featured in two TEDx talks, Forbes, BBC, the New York Times, NPR, CNN, and ABC 20/20, amongst others.
