The Lantern Network is a nonprofit organization that lights the path towards success for underrepresented, high-potential youth of color. Our network’s target audience is incredibly talented, capable, and motivated Black youth, who lack visibility, access to guidance, career opportunities, mentors, apprenticeships, and other resources.
The Lantern Network’s streaming content is instrumental in demonstrating how real people with real stories overcome obstacles and achieve personal goals. Through the sharing of these streaming stories, we wish to ignite a connection from the experience of others to young Black individuals, to help develop and propel them forward.
