Earth Frequency Grounding Rain is on the way on Friday - it's a unique blend of natural Teal Noise, subtly fluctuating at the Earth’s frequency of 7.83Hz - also known as the Schumann Resonance. Layered with this is the soothing sound of gentle rain falling on lakewater.

The Schumann Resonance is sometimes called the Earth’s “heartbeat.” At 7.83Hz, it sits within the alpha-theta brainwave range, frequencies associated with relaxation, balance, and grounding. Many people find that listening to sounds aligned with this natural rhythm can create a subtle sense of connection to the Earth, helping quiet mental chatter and encouraging inner stillness... See if it works for you...

Wednesday's video is Molten Melatonin Noise - a deep, flowing brown noise soundscape designed for rest, relaxation, and sleep.

It's made from...
🌑 Deep Brown Noise - a warm, grounding sound with subtle, slow-flowing movement that creates a cocoon of calm.
🔥 Molten Binaural Crackling - a gentle, rain-like texture that offers just enough variation to engage your thinking brain and help release you from loops of rumination.

While this doesn't directly increase melatonin production, it is crafted to emulate the soothing effects of melatonin:
Encouraging mental quietness
Supporting deeper rest and sleep readiness
Helping you let go of racing thoughts

The “molten” element adds a tranquil, hypnotic rhythm, echoing the way natural rain sounds bring balance between calmness and cognitive engagement. This balance helps your mind gently settle without becoming overstimulated.

I hope you're having a good week so far - and I hope this new soundscape works well for you!

Adrenal Alchemy Noise is coming on Sunday and it's been carefully designed with the aim of soothing and restoring balance to your nervous system.

It features a golden-hued noisefield that subtly “breathes” at a calm, steady pace - guiding your body and mind into deeper relaxation.

Beneath it lies a gentle 174Hz foundation tone, known for its warming, grounding quality. Together, they create a calming environment that's made to settle the adrenals and to ease the body out of stress mode and into a state of rest and recovery. 🌿

So whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day, rebalance your energy, or support adrenal calm, this soundscape is on its way to hold you in a space of calm.

Friday's video is Delta Bliss Rain - which combines Deep Red Velvet Noise with a subtle 3Hz fluctuation and the soothing sound of rain falling on sand.

3Hz sits in the delta brainwave range, which is naturally associated with deep sleep, restoration, and calm. Exposure to these low-frequency rhythms may help the nervous system slow down, encouraging relaxation and balance in both body and mind.

The sound of rain on sand adds a natural grounding effect, softening the mind’s edges and helping the body release tension. Together, I'm hoping these layers create a powerful environment for deep relaxation, meditation, and restful sleep. See what you think...

Wednesday’s video is Hippocampus Calm & Restore Noise ✨

I designed this soundscape to gently calm your hippocampus - the part of your brain involved in memory, stress regulation, and emotional balance. When the hippocampus is soothed, my hope is that you can reset yourself more easily, letting the mind shift from stress into restoration.

Here are the layers in the sound:
🔹 Smoothed Blue Noise — a clear, airy base that helps lift mental fog and create a spacious, refreshing backdrop.

🔹 “Breathing” Silver Frequencies - very subtle, higher shimmering frequencies that rise and fall at the rhythm of slow, relaxed breathing. The hope is that the brain naturally entrains to this rhythm, encouraging you to slow down and breathe at a similar rate - which in turn, sends a calming signal to the hippocampus.

🔹 A 5Hz Fluctuation - woven into the sound is a gentle 5Hz pulse (theta frequency). This is the same brainwave range linked to memory processing, emotional integration, and hippocampal repair. By softly resonating with this rhythm, the sound may help nudge your brain toward a calm, restorative state.

Imagine a sound that feels like serotonin itself - steady, safe, and balanced, with a gentle sparkle that lifts your mood. That’s exactly what I'm going for with Sunday's video...

Serotonin Shimmer blends:
🎧 Fresh Cream Noise - smooth, soft, and enveloping, like a sonic blanket.
🎧 Deep Silver Noise - grounding low frequencies with a subtle shimmer of chorus and reverb.
🎧 8 Hz Fluctuation - an almost-hidden pulse in the alpha brainwave range, gently guiding your mind toward calm, creative relaxation.

The result is a soundscape that is both grounded and uplifting - perfect for unwinding, finding focus, or letting your imagination drift. Listeners sometimes describe the effect of these sounds as feeling soothed, inspired, and quietly happy.

💫 Serotonin Shimmer premieres on Sunday. Settle in, press play, and let your brainwaves slow down...

Friday's video is Cortex Cleansing Rain - made to cleanse your mind of thoughts and bring deep calm.

I've mixed in some 'cupped-ear acoustics' to this one - a subtle auditory effect to keep your brain gently engaged, preventing the endless loop of mental rumination. I wonder if you'll be able to pick it out - I hope it adds something.
Also mixed in is some Soft Cream Noise - a smooth, velvety background tone blended with the rain for somatic rumination, easing physical tension and creating a cocoon-like sense of safety.

As you may be aware, your cortex is the thinking, planning, and analysing part of your brain and can sometimes work overtime, fuelling stress, worry, or restlessness.

See how it works for you on Friday and in the meantime - I hope the week is treating you well!

Wednesday's video is Nerve Calming Audio Balm - a specially designed sound experience to help your mind step out of overthinking loops and into deep, peaceful stillness.

It's made from a very subtle ultra-high frequency (so subtle you might not detect it at all unless you turn the volume up quite high) which comes in an out intermittently, but not so you'd notice. This gentle on-off pattern aims to engage your brain just enough to interrupt repetitive thought cycles.

In addition to this - mid-range tones drift ever so slightly from one ear to the other in a slow, almost imperceptible pattern. This subtle movement occupies your brain’s attention in a calming way, without distraction.

With this combination, I hope to release tension and settle your nerves so you can finally rest - whether you’re using it for sleep, relaxation, meditation, or focus...

Sunday's video is Golden GABA Noise - a soundscape that blends...

💛 Deep golden frequencies for warmth, grounding, and a sense of safety.
🎧 Subtle binaural shifting across the stereo field to keep the mind gently engaged without alertness.
💫 Sparkling high frequencies that fluctuate ever so softly at 3 Hz — a rhythm that mirrors slow, relaxed brain activity.

Why “GABA”?
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a calming neurotransmitter in the brain. When GABA levels are balanced, the nervous system slows down, muscles relax, and intrusive thoughts fade - the perfect conditions for sleep.

While sound can’t literally “give” you GABA, this type of audio aims to mimic the mental state GABA creates by encouraging brainwaves associated with deep relaxation and pre-sleep. The slow, rhythmic fluctuations and warm sonic foundation send a signal to your brain that it’s safe to let go...

This Friday's video is Pranic Rain - a soundscape designed to calm your nervous system, deepen your breath, and restore your vital energy.

In many ancient traditions, Prana is considered the life force or subtle energy that flows through all living things. It's carried on the breath - not just the oxygen we inhale, but the energetic essence that enlivens us.

This soundscape features cyclical Deep Green Noise, a grounding and very subtly rhythmic sound that gently guides your breath into a natural flow - slow, spacious, and nourishing.

Overlaid with gentle rain, the atmosphere becomes even softer, more expansive - like a forest breathing with you.

And tucked almost imperceptibly beneath it all is a whisper of 432Hz. Some of the raindrops subtly resonate with this frequency - not enough to notice directly, but just enough to feel.

Why 432Hz? It’s a tuning often associated with harmony, balance, and the natural rhythms of the Earth. See if it has a positive effect on you...
