We have decided to move out of the city and start our own little homestead. We want to have everyone joins us for this new and exciting journey. We will have good days and bad days as we learn and adjust to this new simpler lifestyle.
We will be preparing the land for many large gardens. A new log cabin will need to be built along with other out buildings and a cold cellar. We really will be adventurous with canning, fermenting, drying and smoke all our own food. Animals will be purchased and raised to feed our family. We will hunt and fish and have fun.
This will be a big change and we could not be more excited.
