My name is Triệu Trình. I used to be a young police officer living in the heart of the city—a place full of hustle, constant pressure, and polluted air. Day after day, my life revolved around work and worry, and I realized I didn’t belong in that cycle. So, I left the city and moved to the mountains. I turned an abandoned garden into a vibrant space full of life. I collect water from the spring, grow my own vegetables, raise chickens, and build my life with my own two hands. Life now is no longer a chain of stress and obligations—it’s a journey. A journey back to nature, and more importantly, back to myself. I’ve come to understand that simple living doesn’t mean lacking—it means having enough, in a different way: enough to live healthily, happily, and meaningfully. If you’re feeling worn out by the rush of city life, try slowing down. Live closer to the earth, and closer to the sky—because maybe the place where you find yourself is the one farthest from the city.
