I’m Leandro Fornito, and movement has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
After dedicating 15 years to football, I discovered breakdancing and acrobatics. This opened my eyes to the incredible potential of the human body in motion. Inspired by this, I got inspired to learn from various coaches and made movement not just my practice but my way of life.
Now, I help others unlock the full potential of their bodies and become better movers. My focus is on building strength, enhancing mobility, mastering new skills, and exploring the limitless possibilities of what we can achieve with our own bodies.

I often say 80% of my movement is the movement I show on my videos, and 20% is equipment-based strength training. It always depends on your goals! As a movement trainer, I need to be able to guide someone to their goals. But my main point in my training and content is: for the average person, this bodyweight training is more than enough, cultivates strength, build, flexibility, coordination, body-awareness and so much more. Unless you want to compete in specific disciplines, you don't need anything else :)
