Recipe:
400 ml water
100 g of sourdough starter
Pinch of salt
3.5 cups of flower
Instructions:

Second hour first stretch and fold
3rd hour stretch and fold
4th hour stretch and fold
5hr stretch and fold
Let sit covered for a hour.
6.5hr time to shape
Place in fridge covered for 8/12 hr to finish proof and fermentation.
Bake:
Take out dough from fridge. Let rest for 30min before baking
Heat over to 450f with Dutch oven inside to heat up as well
Score your dough place in Dutch over with lid on.
Place in oven 45min. First 25 lid on second 20 min uncover to finish browning …
