Hi! My name is Beate Ruth and I am a married woman.

Was born in Bodø in the Northern of Norway, and I have lived for many years in little community in the South of Norway.

Love take pictures and videos of my daily life.

My movies are about my "Carpe Diem" - "Create your day", and how I do it

I am an outdoor woman, and love to go out in the nature everyday if it possible.

Like to explore places nearby where I live in my community and in Norway,
and also like to travel abroad to see other cultures and to explore the nature.

I hope to inspire you, to go out into nature. If you have the opportunity to do it where you live.

I like to dress in vintage clothes, and often use it in my videos
I often makes different dishes, and bakes cakes
