My name is Kirby and I'm from Australia. As someone who speaks a few languages to varying degrees of proficiency, I once struggled with them. I thought it was only a subject at school, so I crammed for hours and wished for nothing but a good score. In doing so, I missed the true purpose of learning them: communication.

But school never taught me that.

After 10+ years of learning and teaching languages as an adult, I decided to share my knowledge online.

Here's why:

- I want to show that it’s never too late to start learning a language — adults can succeed too.
- I strive to help people rethink their language-learning approach and overcome their challenges.

Living in Australia, I learn languages not just to communicate with people from around the world, but to connect with them.
