From the Periphery

From The Periphery is a worker-owned media collective that centers and elevates voices, struggles, and ideas that are otherwise peripheralized in mainstream reporting. From The Periphery was established by a group of activists and intellectuals mostly from the Levant and Caucasus regions that make podcasts, video essays, zines, infographics, and other cool stuff.

Our podcasts are: The Fire These Times (TFTT), Politically Depressed (PolDep), Hidah: Jewish Counter-Colonial Thoughts, Syria: The Inconvenient Revolution (STIR) and the Mutual Aid Podcast (MAP) and the From The Periphery Podcast (FTPP).

By Elia Ayoub, Leila Al-Shami, Dana El Kurd, Ayman Makarem, Daniel Voskoboynik, Karena Avedissian, Aydın Yıldız, Ed Sudden, israa’, Lizartistry, Anna, Alice Bonfatti and Justin Salhani.
