First it was "Issachar", then "Journey Man and Woman". Our journey continues.
The word "Samba" has it origins in Angola, going back before the Transatlantic slave trade. It was a word that was mainly associated with a type of dance that involved the swaying movement of the body with the smooth rhythms that were performed by the indigenous of that area at that time. It can also be associated with "rest" or "resting".
The key for the healing of our people is learning how to rest. We have perfected the opposite so well that we have now weaponized it and are now using against each other.
So the journey continues. And in this journey, we are not only going to continue to pursue the truth, but at the same time, we are going to learn how to align the health of our minds and bodies to a state of wellness and peace.
