Play It Again Senpai

Hello Senpais, over the past year I have been going through many personal matters and took a long hiatus from this channel - at one point I even seriously considered stopping altogether. I haven't had the time to watch any of the new anime seasons that released and had to focus on things closer to home during these trying times. It has been stressful, but once again running into this channel put a smile on my face and gave me a feeling of instant relief.

I saw one of our videos on the home page and it was as if some nostalgic feeling passed over me - I felt joyful and at peace. Once again, this community we've built together continues to amaze me: another year later and we are at 14,500+ subscribers, over 19 million views and 101,000+ public watch hours in. I have tears of joy :')

We started this journey together back in November 2018 and it still gives me chills to see how far we've come in nearly 3 years. It would be a shame to not continue on after you all held down the fort and pushed our channel's growth with every like, comment and subscription (not to mention playing our videos again and again and again)!

Moving forward, I will make changes to this channel to include more than just replays. I will do my best to create content that includes reviews, summaries, etc. so that we can try to reach even more senpais, welcome more people into our community and officially monetize this channel to support even better quality and graphics and content. I will be relying on your video comments for engagement, interaction and discussion of course! (but you all have been above and beyond amazing at that since Day 1 already)

To end, I want to leave you all with this quote because it really reflects how I feel right now thanks to you:
"I wanted to tell you that I really couldn't have done all of that without your help and in fact, all the help that you helped me with when we were younger is still helping me today, right now. And that's super cool. I guess I just wanted to say that after all these years, I never forgot you. Ever. And I'm super glad we're still friends."

Play It Again Senpai

Hi Senpais! It has been a very busy start to 2020, but given the current situation we are all going through around the world I now find myself having a little bit more time! My favourite season is Spring, not just because the weather starts to get warmer, but also because this is the time of year where the anime line up starts heating up :) Many of my favourite shows have come out during this season and I am excited for the new ones that are about to air at this time. I have listed below a few that I plan on covering/posting replays on as the Spring season unfolds, but I wanted to know what are you all excited to watch?? Maybe you'll just end up seeing a few of those great moments (that we are waiting to happen) show up on this very channel :) Let me know what you think! Play It Again Senpai

Hello Senpais! I wanted to take this time to thank everyone for the support, engagement and love that they've put into this channel from the very bottom of my heart! The last half of 2019 and the start of this year has been such a busy time for me that I haven't had the chance to be as active as I hoped. That's why logging back in for the first time this year and seeing the subscribers double to 4000+ (and not to mention the countless number of likes, discussions in the comments and views that these videos have gained) really put a smile (and tears!!) on my face :)


It is because of each and every one of you that our little community is growing into something bigger than I ever imagined and I'm so thankful that there are people out there who enjoy reliving these great anime moments just as much as I do! I have learned from so many of you on how to improve the quality of these videos, what content to put out and even the original source materials of where these anime came from; I really have enjoyed the interactions with all of you and it has turned this space into a small happy place! I hope we can continue to build this channel even more this year than it did in the last and I hope you all continue to share, comment, like and subscribe :)
