Hello Senpais, over the past year I have been going through many personal matters and took a long hiatus from this channel - at one point I even seriously considered stopping altogether. I haven't had the time to watch any of the new anime seasons that released and had to focus on things closer to home during these trying times. It has been stressful, but once again running into this channel put a smile on my face and gave me a feeling of instant relief.
I saw one of our videos on the home page and it was as if some nostalgic feeling passed over me - I felt joyful and at peace. Once again, this community we've built together continues to amaze me: another year later and we are at 14,500+ subscribers, over 19 million views and 101,000+ public watch hours in. I have tears of joy :')
We started this journey together back in November 2018 and it still gives me chills to see how far we've come in nearly 3 years. It would be a shame to not continue on after you all held down the fort and pushed our channel's growth with every like, comment and subscription (not to mention playing our videos again and again and again)!
Moving forward, I will make changes to this channel to include more than just replays. I will do my best to create content that includes reviews, summaries, etc. so that we can try to reach even more senpais, welcome more people into our community and officially monetize this channel to support even better quality and graphics and content. I will be relying on your video comments for engagement, interaction and discussion of course! (but you all have been above and beyond amazing at that since Day 1 already)
To end, I want to leave you all with this quote because it really reflects how I feel right now thanks to you: "I wanted to tell you that I really couldn't have done all of that without your help and in fact, all the help that you helped me with when we were younger is still helping me today, right now. And that's super cool. I guess I just wanted to say that after all these years, I never forgot you. Ever. And I'm super glad we're still friends."
