Sora is a live, virtual project-based high school designed to accelerate students towards their wildest dreams.
We believe high school should prepare young people to become the next generation of global problem solvers and leaders. Our program is modeled after effective, creative workplaces like design studios and research labs. Students at Sora work on projects based on their own interests, while our staff work as a tightly knit, cross-functional team to help manage their projects, scaffold their learning process, and expose them to new subjects and opportunities. While students are exposed to a holistic set of academic standards, they also learn important soft skills like design thinking, time management, leadership, and communication.
