National Center for Public Policy Research

The National Center for Public Policy Research is a free-market conservative "do-tank," established in 1982.

Its programs include:
- the Free Enterprise Project, the conservative movement’s only full-service shareholder activism and education program
and
- the Project 21 black leadership network -- co-chaired by Horace Cooper, Stacy Washington and Council Nedd -- which amplifies conservative black voices in the media.
