Calories have been higher (a tad) for a couple of weeks…. A tiny diet break. Activity is still up.
My weight loss is slow because I do diet breaks (returning to current maintenance) and then go back to a cutting phase and repeat till goal.
Soon I’ll be finalizing my last drop and then return to a reverse diet which will be slow and then maintain for life…. Well I will always chase muscle 💪🏾 😝
