Welcome! I believe our body is a temple. So it's important that we give our body a happy medium to perform to the best of it's potential whatever we are doing in our daily life. These workouts are for educational purposes only and not intended to cure any medical condition nor is this a medical advice. Please consult your physician before performing the exercises to make sure you are only doing what's needed. Some exercises need a pair of dumbbells and stability ball, weights and sizes can be chosen to suit your level of training. DM on instagram for classes on proper form and technique.
With my left leg being a prosthetic from above knee, there are some workouts that I may not do perfectly on one side but I encourage you to do the workouts on both sides.
