Hello. I'm Paula, and I'd like to introduce myself. I embarked on my weight loss journey nearly two years ago. About five months ago, I decided to document and share progress with social media. My initial weight was 261 pounds, and I now weigh 176. While I've made significant progress, I remain committed to my workout and nutritional goals. My initial weight loss goal was 200 pounds, which I achieved. I'm currently working towards my second goal of 170 pounds. I engage in physical activity 6 to 7 days a week. My workout schedule includes two upper body, two lower body, and two full-body days. On my rest days, I focus on cardiovascular and core exercises.
