Nearly two years ago, I began a journey that started with weight loss — but became something much deeper.

I started at 260+ pounds, carrying not only physical weight, but the mental and emotional weight many women know too well. Through discipline, strength training, and rebuilding the connection between my mind and body, I’ve transformed my life and now weigh 176 pounds.

Five months ago, I decided to start documenting and sharing this journey on social media. Not because I have everything figured out — but because I know how powerful it is for women to see someone walking the path in real time.

My first goal was 200 pounds, and I reached it. Now I’m working toward my next milestone of 170 pounds while continuing to build strength, stability, and confidence.

I train six to seven days a week, following a structured routine:
• Two upper-body days
• Two lower-body days
• Two full-body days

Even on my rest days, I move intentionally with cardio and deep core work to support both my body and my mind.

What started as weight loss has become something much more powerful — Mind-Body Reprogramming.

Through strength training, discipline, and intentional movement, I’m learning how to rebuild strength, self-trust, and resilience from the inside out.

If you’re a woman who has spent years in survival mode, I want you to know this:

Strength training isn’t just about changing your body.
It can help you reclaim your power, your confidence, and your life.

Welcome to the journey
