Currently, only a select number of users can create Notes. You’ll see a tab called Write with a notebook icon in your menu if you do have access to Twitter’s longform feature. When you click on it, you can edit drafts, create new Notes, and view published Notes.
Not all Twitter users will be able to access published Notes. The feature is being tested on users from Canada, Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If you are located in a country where Notes are being tested, it’s easy to find them. Otherwise, you may not be able to write or view Notes.
To view an account’s Notes, you can simply navigate to the Notes tab on their profile. (But this only works on the web, not the app).youtube.com/@ youtube.com/@shyamoli_Ramnagar
