Not to be dramatic or anything.
If you've been curious, what do you do after a high dose vitamin D protocol? Here's my answer.
Everyone's different, of course, but this follow-up protocol really helped me.

Was 2025 a bad year for freelancers? š
There's a lot of opinions swirling around on freelancing and the gig economy...
Can you actually make it work in 2026 and beyond?
Here's what I think, and the real tea šµ on how my business did in 2025.
(Hint: it definitely wasn't all bad. š)

Milestone achieved! š„³
Thank you all so much for being here.
I recently purchased a DJI osmo pocket 3 camera, so video and audio quality will be going up SOON. I just have to figure out how to use it lol.
Hope you're having a chill week~

Since so many of you subscribed from my viral short on high dose vitamin D, I made a follow-up video all about my experience and how this protocol truly changed my health journey from suffering to lasting recovery: https://youtu.be/V1xFXb4LoT4
Has vitamin D helped you on your health journey? I would love to hear in comments.
On another note, we just blew past 500 subscribers in the last couple days and are now nearly at 700! Thank you so much, I hope my videos have helped or inspired you in some way. :)

Don't be a stereotype start up bro! š --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqTX1...
New video live, and even the start up bros agree -- your wellbeing is more important than the hustle and grind.
I think I stepped up my editing on this one, I'd love to know what you think!
Happy Saturday,

Wow, so many new faces around here! š«¶
Thanks for subscribing to my little channel -- I'm excited to continue growing it and making more videos for you.
I would love to poll you about your video interests, but it looks like I need 500 subscribers to do that š
Until then, I'll have to ask you to comment below -- what types of content are you interested in seeing from me? Here's a numbered list, just comment the numbers you're interested in!
1. Health and wellness (supplements, chronic illness, gadgets, health routines)
2. Freelancing/business (how my business works, freelancer advice, how to get started, tools I use, etc.)
3. Day in the life/vlogs
4. Something else -- let me know in the comments below.
If there are any super specific video topics you want to see me make, feel free to suggest! This channel is small enough right now that I'll take those into consideration (but it won't be for long!)

I started my business to take naps. š“
At an earlier point in my healing journey from chronic Lyme disease, I needed the ability to flop on my bed at 2 pm and pass out for at least 20 minutes.
Then I could get up and get a little more work done.
Turns out most employers frown on this.
Prior to being self-employed, you could find me at my desk, in the company wellness room, or even out in my car napping for a few minutes because I literally couldn't keep my eyes open in the afternoon.
And I felt really guilty about it. Not to mention nervous that someone would walk over to me and ask why I was sleeping and not working. š«µ
So I started my business to take naps. To prioritize my health and not someone else's bottom line.
That was five years ago--and it worked out better than I ever could've imagined.
Know anyone who wants to build a business that prioritizes their health, and join an amazing community of humans on the same journey?

To be honest, this isn't what I wanted to be doing today.
I thought today was going to look very different. Working. Productivity. Podcasting. Checking all the things off the to do list. āļø
My body had other plans. Brain fog and cramps were the theme of the day.
So after an unproductive morning I logged off and headed down to the lake to enjoy this gorgeous day.
It's not how I wanted today to go. But I'm grateful to be able to put everything down and just focus on my wellbeing. š
That's the ultimate goal of being a health first freelancer. Health first, everything else second. Especially your to do list.
Five years ago me could only imagine this life.
But now it's my reality.
It can be yours too. š
