Kobukan Kobudo Renmei USA Shibu
The Kobukan Kobudo Renmei is a martial arts organization founded in 2023 by Kancho James Wright, focusing on the martial arts of Japanese Ju-jutsu and Ninpo (Ninjutsu) as passed down through Takamatsu-den and Sato-den lineages. We believe in honoring tradition without secrecy or ego, while placing importance on a martial arts culture of friendship and mutual respect.
The Kobukan, while based in Japan, operates through a number of regional headquarters (shibu) to better assist members and instructors while making martial arts training more accessible locally. This channel is part of the US Shibu and will share organizational wide videos and regional info for those in the United States.
