Hello Namaste
We are going to conduct 3 days Movement Training and Breathing Practice Program on 24th, 25th and 26th January ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
In this workshop we will teach you different type of movement practices and Breathing practices step by step which will help to improve your flexibility, stability in asana, build your strength and stamina.
These practices are also helpful in improving the breathing capacity.
So just join these two days’ workshop and train your body with a new aspect.
- Workshop Timings
- 24th January Evening – 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Movement Training
- 25th January Evening – 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Movement Training
- ⁠26th January Evening – 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Breathing practice

- Class duration – 1 hour for movement Training and 1 hour for Breathing Practice on google meet
