Yesterday a guy at the gym asked me what I do for my shoulders. I thought about it for a second and told him: “Overhead presses and lateral raises.”

So many men have excuses about why they can’t commit.

They’re too busy with work, family, or other obligations.

They say they’ll start when things “slow down” or when life gets less hectic. But the truth is… life never really slows down. There will always be something competing for your time.

And for most men, fitness is just a "nice to have," not a real priority.

The problem with this mindset is that it only leads in one direction—downhill. If you don’t make your health a priority now, it’s only going to get harder.

Muscle loss, weight gain, lower energy, joint pain—it all creeps up faster than you think.
