Yesterday a guy at the gym asked me what I do for my shoulders. I thought about it for a second and told him: “Overhead presses and lateral raises.”

As I walked away, it hit me: I’m not doing anything special. There’s no secret exercise. Just the basics, done with effort, over and over again.
