one star: horrible book, i should have dnf'd it
two stars: there were only a few things i liked in the book, not really sure why i continued it
three stars: the idea/story was good, maybe there was a character i didn't really like or maybe the writing style/execution wasn't great
four stars: a good book! characters + plot + execution was good, but there just wasn't anything that really stood out to make it five stars
five stars: one of the best books i've read, i will forever recommend it!
