Wandering Breath is a channel where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and exist in your present moment while I do the same:)
Here, we intentionally pause with gentle breathwork practices, bringing awareness back to our breath in order to calm our nervous systems.
We meet ourselves where we are, with the intention to calm our chaos, whether we are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or if we're simply needing a moment to breathe.
If you're showing up for yourself, you're doing it right. There's no pressure to do anything perfectly. Just breathe, notice and begin again.
