Qualified in multi style yoga, trauma informed yoga, meditation, personal fitness training and nutrition.
Specialising in women’s wellness and fitness. Especially over 40’s.
I’m no good at perfect aesthetics, what you see is what you get, a normal home in the videos, a normal body and hopefully some humour, even if you’re just laughing at me falling out of poses and forgetting their names. I try not to take myself too seriously. Love the body you’re in and love what it can do, not how it looks 💪🤘😝♥️🧘♀️🍔🍕🙏
