Sharing practical ways to build discipline and habits that stick so you can create a life full of purpose, health, and growth.

I'll make videos that cover:

1. How to build better wellness habits into your life
2. How to push through on days when you feel unmotivated
3. Techniques to help you improve self-control
4. Practices to help you build a stronger, more resilient mind

I spent four years in a psychiatric hospital, battling depression and other mental health challenges. I had no healthy habits, and my life had hit rock bottom. But through that journey, I’ve completely turned my life around. Now, I’m using what I’ve learned to support others who are trying to feel better, create structure, and rebuild their lives from the inside out.

Thank you for stopping by.

I've been a bit distracted these last few weeks and a few negative habits have slipped back in. This is exactly what I do to get back on track.

You're one decision away from a completely different life.

But you're also one excuse away from staying exactly where you are.

The first step to change begins when you become painfully aware of the road you are heading down.

You have to become disgusted at your current situation.
Allow yourself to feel the pain.
Deeply realise what you don't want in life.
Think about where you are heading if you don't change.

Then use all that painful fuel to slingshot you into action.

Find your why and hold on to it tightly.

Make a plan, break it down into steps and commit to showing up and doing the work.

In 3 months time you could be in a completely different place.

Or you could stay the exact same.

The choice is yours.

Next time you feel the urge to do something that you know deep down you don't want to do...

Take a pause and curiously ask yourself - what am I trying to escape right now?

Is it boredom, loneliness, hunger, anxiety?

Practice noticing that feeling and pay close attention to how it shows up in your body without judging it.

This is the first step to bringing awareness to our patterns, getting curious about our emotions, and in the long term can help us to break the pattern of reaction but instead learn to sit with the emotion as we let it surface and pass.

Small-minded people can’t fathom big dreams.

Most will try to pull you down to their small level.

They make excuses, complain about life, and get triggered when they see someone else succeed.

I just ignore them, wish them well, and keep moving forward.

Those who commit to small, doable goals will outwork those who push too hard, burn out, and give up.

Small, consistent actions are the real path to success.

Reminder: The mind likes to make everything more dramatic than it really is.

That admin task you keep on putting off? Probably will only take you 20 minutes.

That conversation you keep on avoiding? The worst case scenario probably won't happen.

That workout you keep on postponing? You will be suprised at how quickly it is over.

That person you keep on wanting to talk to? Probably will be happy to talk to you.

Stop letting your mind talk you out of everything.

The answer to moving forward is action.

Be brave.

Go and do that thing right now.

Every day is a new opportunity to start again.

Try something new. Make a different decision. Learn from your past experiences.

It’s never too late to turn things around.

You have to start acting like your future self before you can fully become them.

You have to go to the gym and work out, even if you’re not a “fit person.”
You have to cook new recipes and make healthy meals, even if you’re not a “good cook.”
You have to start the business and work on the project, even if you don’t feel “qualified.”
You have to post the YouTube video and create content, even if you don’t know how to edit or speak well.

Only by doing these things over and over will you eventually become the person you want to be.
