Lina Makoul is a leading Palestinian singer-songwriter and creative based in occupied Palestine. Renowned for her unique blend of contemporary and traditional music and her abstract visual representation of her unique life story.
Makoul oversees every aspect of her career, from self-management and songwriting to funding, production, direction, and styling her image and music videos. She first rose to fame in 2013 winning the second season of "The Voice” in Israel becoming the first and last Palestinian to achieve such achievement. Despite a notable career opening for Queen + Adam Lambert, Little Mix, Will Smith, and DJ Jazzy Jeff, she has pursued a fully independent Arabic music career since 2020, focusing on narrating her people's stories, exploring her political identity through honest reflections and personal healing. In 2024 Lina joint forces with Middle Eastern sensation Saint Levant on his Deira World Tour touring over 30 Western cities.
