The plan is not to be miserable on this journey but to be aware of what I eat and drink and how this impacts my health. I don't intend on giving up on all the food I like but to reduce the frequency of eating them. I plan on increasing my exercise, movements and thereby improving my metabolism.
My channel timetable schedule will be weekdays and weekends - Health, Fitness, Well-being and Confidence building.
