I’m James Turone, an independent alt-rock singer, songwriter, and producer. My music spans two parallel paths: I create emotionally driven, guitar-focused tracks from scratch, while using advanced technology as an assistive studio tool to polish dynamics and direct visuals—retaining full creative control over my melodies and live instrumentation.

On my album Out of Time, I use AI strictly as a "digital session musician" to harvest drum and bass grooves. I strip away the rest, heavily edit the rhythm, and manually layer my own live guitars, MIDI, and synths in Logic Pro. My videos for "Same for You?" and "The Darkness" mark my move toward organic, human-driven visuals.
