2.Contemporary Thai taste based on your local ingredients (Germany mostly but adapt to Thai taste as close as possible from what we can find here in Germany)
At last I would like to say that Cooking is like painting and any kind of arts, you might not master it in your first try and that is completely OK! I have been there before and still sometimes my cooking isn’t come out perfect but keep practicing because practices made the perfect!
