6 Years ago I started this channel as a mere hobby to improve my English skills and it quickly became so much more. From learning how to record, how to write video descriptions, editing my first videos and thumbnails to reading comments from real people telling me how many mistakes I made in this and that situation.

My very first video was in fact Anno 1602 and it's a place I return to from time to time to remember where it all started. With the Anno 1800 Extreme Series back in 2019 I had my breakthrough around Christmas and quickly reached the first 10k subscribers and from there I knew this is the road I will follow.

My wife supported me from the very beginning and 6 years later it's not just her anymore but two amazing little kids that keep me up at night, while our three cats make sure the vacuum cleaner always has work to do.

Youtube is - of course - a business but you can combine business with passion and I just love to wake up every day, making videos, finding ideas for new playthroughs and reading comments. It allows me to truly work by myself and for that I am extremely grateful!

How very fitting that I had my breakthrough 6 years ago with Anno 1800 and right with its successor a new chapter begins. Onwards to many more let's plays!

Thank you for your continued support - it's incredible to have such a large community to experience these wonderful games with.

Channel Update!
This week we continue with Anno Pax and 1800 daily!
November 7 = Surviving Mars Relaunched, definitely will cover this with at least 1 episode and we'll just see how many are interested for a bigger series - I am actually excited to play it again but with so many let's plays currently I will have to cut back on something.

Next week is Pax Romana Launch Day - so I am going to wrap up the current series with Tier 4 to start a Campaign playthrough + our very first Megacity Series playing on the biggest Island the game provides at this point together with Veteran AI.

Back from vacation and I am SO READY for another Anno 1800 Megacity Series on Legendary Difficulty that comes with the Military Attention mod. So many things are added including new population tiers, completely new assets and ships, new AI difficulty and more. Gonna be crazy! Expect the first episode next week! :))

Vacation time! The next two weeks I am going to be away with wife and kids + kindergarten begins in September so i won't be able to record much. Expect two re-uploaded older let's plays of The Settlers 7 and Anno 1404 in the meantime or just skip them if already seen!

Also expect big new Anno things in September - I am sure you're going to be thrilled of what's to come :)))
