Lyric Art Pieces
I'm Jack and I'd like to welcome you to my channel of Lyric Art Pieces. This is a passion of mine and an ongoing labor of love. I am a guitarist and also a substance abuse counselor living near Nashville, TN. It's ironic that since the age of 17 I have used the stage name Jack Daniels - not what you might expect for a substance counselor. I am also a person in recovery so since the early 2000's I have utilized my given name Jack Dills.
The lyric pieces I have posted here are a series of interpretive works that hopefully augment the musical and lyrical artistry of many songwriters, musicians and performers. The visual presentation of each piece is an attempt to convey how the song has affected me personally. These are like paintings that I have hung on the walls of my personal art gallery. I certain hope they do justice to the many gifted people who created them and hope that you enjoy listening and viewing.
