The Health. Future. Food. Symposium "Soil to Soul" tackles the issues of nutrition, enjoyment and health at the root and sheds light on the present and future of food production worldwide. Soil to Soul takes place over two event days each year as a part of Food Zurich, Switzerland's largest food festival.
