Its founder claims that an organization called: "The Milky Way Galactic Federation of Arts & Music", sifts through all of earths music and judges them; & in so doing collects only the best for this channel. The claim is also made that this organization is 365 light years from earth and a super transmission (traveling at 400 times the speed of light) is sent to earth with the judges results.
