This channel explores the practice of becoming whole through two ideas: integrity and intimacy.
Integrity is truth aligned inside and out.
Intimacy is the courage to be seen inside and out.
At its simplest, the practice looks like this:

The word Bintegers comes from the math word "integer", means a whole or undivided number; and consequently is also the root of integrity.
A Binteger is someone committed to becoming whole by aligning what is true within them with how they show up in the world around them.
Here we explore masculinity, relationships, consent, worth, and emotional honesty.
