NeuroSpicy Meditation

Hi everyone. And especially to the neurospicy tribe. Hello to the "neurodivergent" humans (those who diverge from the norm in the particular country and culture in which they live - what is "neurotypical" changes between cultures). I want you to know that you are not alone. We are all in this together. We are remarkable because we are worth remarking upon, we're unusual - so brilliant and we're diagnosed by our deficits but we have superabilities. I've been guiding meditations for a decade and I'm a transformation coach. I was diagnosed autistic with ADHD traits aged 39 in 2023. The fantastic specialist nurse who worked with me said, what we would recommend for you is what you are already doing - meditating. So let's meditate together. You do not have to clear your mind. Only bring in greater kindness into how you response to your thoughts. Being kinder to self in your internal dialogue helps build self-trust, body relaxation and space to breathe and feel safe.
