Pastor Michael Montague has been preaching since he could speak, but shared his first sermon as a teen. He started serving in ministry in 2006 as a youth pastor after meeting his now wife, Teale. They were married in 2010. Shortly after, he felt a call to do more and began a small ministry in his grandmother’s living room that has been growing ever since.

Pastor Michael was raised in Wakulla county and naturally felt drawn to serve the people in his home town. After several different church locations, Authentic Life Church finally opened its doors in Crawfordville, FL in 2014.

Pastors Michael and Teale have three sons to carry the Montague name, but their "family" continues to grow with the love and dedication to all those around them. You could say, this is the reason & heart behind wanting to see a generational movement in our time.
