Ali Shehab (also known as Ali Shahab, علي شهاب) is a Lebanese journalist, documentary filmmaker, organization Psychologist, AI consultant, and OSINT strategist with over two decades of impact across media.
He is the author of The Al Jazeera Guide to Scientific Journalism. In 2020, he received Al Jazeera’s Best Story Award in recognition of his groundbreaking storytelling.
His documentaries have aired on Al Jazeera, Araby TV and other Pan-Arab networks. He has written extensively for platforms including CNN Arabic, Independent Arabia, MIT Tech Review Arabia, Psychology Today, Harvard Business Review Arabia and Vice Arabia.
He is a member of Hostwriter, Online News Association, European Digital Rights and the Coalition for Independent Technology Research.
