Welcome to my channel. I am a developer (data developer) that noticed that there is something that no one seems to be talking about. The small things that we don't really focus on that determines success in our careers as a developer. These are what HR would stamp as 'Soft Skills', initiate eye roll.

Many look at development and think the only thing you need to be able to do is write code, but its so much more than that.

The point of this channel is to host videos that will focus on important soft skills for developers. Topics will include:

Please bare with the cringe, also I am figuring this out as we go.
One thing is always true with coding, many ways to solve a problem, and I believe that sentiment is true to life as well.
