I am the founder and CEO of two wellness companies; The Retreat Costa Rica and Truth Bar. The Retreat Costa Rica, a wellness hotel located in Costa Rica, is a serene haven where healing journeys thrive amidst nature's embrace. Truth Bar is the product of my background as a French pastry chef/chocolatier and wellness expertise. I noticed a lack of healthy options that still tasted delicious and sought out to create a nutrition bar that makes health accessible and delicious!
I seek to share her wisdom with a global audience, inspiring hope and catalyzing positive change. Guided by a belief in the profound connection between body and spirit, I hope to lead the charge toward vibrant, purposeful living.
