Knowledge of stamp duty and Registration fee from The Stamp and Registration department. I knew this department from 2014 when I received call letter from this department. latter I joined. Before I joined this department I don't know anything what work did in stamp and Registration department.
When some people come here to know about how to register property related documents then they meet first agent and Advocate. What suggestions given by above person then they follow and given huge amounts of fee to them for only two line sentence.
That time I feel so guilty because our department is given highest number of online facilities to ordinary people.
Then why though people coming to our office though agent and Advocate.
This is reason I decided to create New YouTube channel for aware people. I just trying help needy people through this channel.
