The FRIENDS project (Fostering Resilience-Inclusive Education and Non-Discrimination in Schools) aims at introducing in schools an innovative but well researched whole-school approach to foster tolerant, inclusive and positive learning environments, and promoting well-being and mental health of students, teachers and staff.
This ground-breaking method is based on the Quiet Time with Transcendental Meditation Program.
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program Key Action 3 – Initiatives for policy innovation – Social inclusion through Education, Training and Youth, the project started in 5 European countries (Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Spain and UK), targeting schools and non-formal educational institutions with minority and disadvantaged students, and is now expanding to more European countries.
👉 Join us in discovering how this innovative approach is transforming education, promoting well-being and mental health among students and teachers!
