Hi, I'm Jess, a 36-year-old recovering workaholic who spent my 20s sacrificing whatever it took to make my goals happen because hustle culture told me that was the only way to achieve "success." That led to burnout and a life that looked good on paper but left me feeling unfulfilled (and rly exhausted, lol)
My 30s are dedicated to slowing down, healing from burnout, and building my version of a peacefully productive life. I founded my planner + productivity company, Hustle Sanely, in 2018 to help other women with really full lives manage it all without losing their minds.
Around here, you’ll find Hustle Sanely podcast episodes (ofc) + book content because reading novels is one of my favorite ways to rest and has played a big role in helping me recover from burnout!
