Hot Ground Gym® is owned and operated by military veterans & first responders. We are a revolutionary child development concept that is dedicated to the physical, mental and character development of children. Since our beginning we have pioneered a training methodology that utilizes obstacle based fitness and challenging team building activities, combined into one experience.
All our programs go beyond a “physical activity” and works to strengthen problem solving skills, encourage cooperation and builds confidence.
