Good morning! Catching up on comments today and just feeling really grateful for this little corner of the internet we’ve built together (wet hair + no makeup and all 😆). My hope is that this continues to be a space where you feel seen, and where you can better understand the “why” behind what you’re feeling. Because when you know what’s going on in your body, you can show up with so much more confidence, whether that’s in conversations with your doctor or just moving through your everyday life.
Peri/menopause isn't a dead end. It's a transition, and there can be so much beautiful life on the other side and in between. 💛
