I find it interesting that some subscribers that I follow who probably may not know each other has both refer to saving money with low-code!

Low-code is a setup up from no-code like Make.com, but it can reduce Make.com operations and reduce less modules and steps.

For example, one of my video demos replaces 15+ modules with just one! Is Low-Code making a comeback?

Create a YouTube Playlist Automatically!

A YouTube Playlist solution via automation with another spreadsheet that supplies questions (columns) like:

Each new shorter video (in 16:9 ratio) – 'how many minutes' (e.g. I suggest 2 to 5 minutes);

Based on 'how many minutes' it will calculate from the video duration the number of new shorter videos for the playlist;

Do you want to create a playlist every minute from the original, or just the important highlights?

Create those videos in a playlist.

Long to Short Video & Video Ratio Tool:

I am planning to share the Long to Short video via a simple spreadsheet that handles complex stuff behind the scenes. Works already. Just prepping a new video.

Plus, with YouTube’s announcement about thin (9:16) or square (1:1) with up to 3 minute Shorts, I realize we need a new tool – Take existing videos and change the ratio.

For example, from 9:16 or 1:1 ratio to 16:9 (could fill-in background image or color).

I’m planning to create this tool. 😎

Break-through! & News

Just a quick note I was able to take a previous 16:9 ratio (normal wide) video to a thinner (9:16 ratio) video for shorts. It requires beginning time and duration.

Note: In the last day or so, YouTube has announced "Shorts" will go up to 3 minutes in duration AND be 16:9 or 1:1 (square) in dimension/ratio.

In other words, there is no toggle in the YouTube Studio to ignore a video as a Short, but if the ratio is wide (not thin) or not 1:1 (square), then we are good. YouTube is providing a copyright tool for shorts, especially music stuff.

Expect a handy tool from me in the coming days!

Happy Friday! Just a quick note after the hurricane went by yesterday. 🥴

After several hours of research and considerations, I decided it was best to keep the cost low with high quality for VIDEOS so I had to step into Python behind-the-scenes with some low-code. One goal is to keep the techy stuff simple or just ignore it and leverage a spreadsheet at all possible. Paul, one of our members mentioned that not everyone gets into Make .com (I paraphrase).

I even asked ChatGPT to write the Python and command line stuff for a junior high student -- like a code lab. After reviewing with some edits, I have already created a Google Doc for our members, if they want to dive-in, but again my goal is to prevent all that -- just use the new system.

This new video and system will help create short videos and not just YouTube clips that can be shared on social media that includes YouTube Shorts from our longer videos.

Well, that is enough for now!

Since YouTube SEO contains an earning perspective, I decided to publish a video and a short to focus on earnings (‪@AIWithSWgApps‬). There is some work of course, but not much. 1. Learn. 2. Teach Sales folks or yourself. 3. You or Sales folks get 2 or 3 customers per week (that's thousands per month). 4. Begin with a couple free clients to build confidence and ask for good reviews. 5. Even though the recent description mentions $700 you could do a couple of thousands as a life time deal. 6. If Sales folks, put your feet up and collect a percentage of a flat fee :)
